With the whole GDPR thing going on in Europe (I like this idea, by the way), I decided to take a moment to add a privacy policy to my Contact page, since that's where most information is collected. I want to make sure I'm as transparent as possible. Any information that comes in via this website, goes to my Gmail account at authorvgh AT gmail DOT com. Basically, if you want me to get rid of your data, I will. Not a problem. No harm, no foul. In fact, that's less email addresses I have to keep up with. ;-)

As for what data is collected, that's pretty much anything you enter in a field on my website. Your name, email address, message, and that subject line on the Contact form. I don't plan to do anything with it other than contact you. I've had my data sold and it's not fun. I've also been on ignorant websites that are nationally known, but act like they picked their IT staff off an assembly line because they don't know a thing about security.

Although my website may or may not show it, it was created using Wix.com. Whether they're collecting data through my website, I don't know. You have to see their policy on data collection, if you're curious.

It's been a while since I've been active on my blog, but with good reason. I've been busy. My beta reader has finished her read of all three books. Also, the covers are complete. Edits for books one and two are done, so I'm just waiting for the edits on the third book, which I should get back around middle of next month. If all goes well, I'm looking at a tentative release date for all three (YES! All 3 books) around Labor Day weekend. That's the hope, anyway.

I've been debating on whether or not to stretch this out to a fourth book because technically, it could go that route. I have a fourth book written, but I'm not sure if it holds up to the fun and excitement of the first three. So, it'll be a debate on whether or not I release it. Honestly, I could stop the books at three and the story would hold up just fine. The only reason why I did an extra book was because I wanted to know what would happen if my main character didn't get her happy ending like she had envisioned. There are also some people that I loved from the first three books that I wanted to redeem/revisit.

Stay tuned. I'll be posting all three covers for their big cover reveal next Friday.
